Product Description

DOC 202 - hi-performance urethane (LOW VOC) - is a 2 component clear aliphatic polyurethane water based sealer, used over epoxy, concrete, and other coatings.  The first of its kind, it outperforms all others.  It performs as well or better than solvent based urethanes.  DOC 202 urethane provides a tough and durable surface for concrete coatings, is scratch resistant, provides superior UV protection and is resistant to chemicals.  This Hi-performance urethane has little to no smell.   An excellent green product that has many uses, and meets all VOC regulations.

Application Include:  cement floors, garage floors, schools, hospitals, storage rooms, showrooms, schools, warehouses, and any indoor applications where low odor is necessary.  It has a workable pot life time of 3-4 hours once mixed, giving you plenty of time to apply it. Dry times vary depending on humidity and temperature.  Can withstand light foot traffic within 2-4 hours.  Do not use in immersion service or constant chemical exposure areas.                                                                                              

Packaging:  1 gallon (A gallon kit= 8.5 pounds net approximately).  Has a part B if needed.

Coverage:   401-534 square feet @ 3-4 mils wet thickness per gallon.
