DOC 201 - Hi Solids Urethane is a two component polyester/aliphatic polyurethane coating. Its 70% hi-solids content allows this sealer to be applied in one pass, thus saving time and money. It provides superior UV protection, chemical resistance, and makes for a tough and durable surface. DOC 201 is VOC compliant. Because this urethane is solvent based it is recommended that the installer use a respirator when applying this product. Smell quickly dissipates after application.
Best Applications Epoxydoc Hi-performance urethane is used in garages, warehouses, and places where odor is not a factor. It is applied over epoxies, concrete, and other decorative concrete overlays. Epoxydoc Hi-performance urethane sealer is easy to apply. Its advantage over other urethanes is its ability to dry faster, ease of application, is cost effective, super durable, and goes down in one pass. Other coats can be applied for a thicker finish. Epoxydoc Hi-performance urethane when dry leaves a deep, beautiful, clear finish. It has a pot life of about 1-2 hours and is applied at 350 to 500 sq. ft per 1 1/2 gallon kit depending on porosity.
