DOC 340 - Quick crack repair is a two component hybrid urethane designed for quick crack repair in concrete. DOC 340 has low viscosity to allow deep penetration into concrete creating a high strength bond. It is bottled in easy to pour plastic containers for efficient mixing. Quick crack repair has a fast pot life of 1 to 2 minutes and sets in about 10 to 20 minutes.
Applications Include: repairing of spalled concrete, cracks, holes, steps, and thresholds or uneven concrete slabs. DOC 340 is great for repairing cracks before applying decorative concrete overlays and other tops coats like epoxies and urethanes.
Packaging: Consists of Part A,B, mixed 1:1, and packaged in quarts, 1/2 gallons, 1 gallon, and 2 gallon kits. For 1/2 gallon, 1 gallon, or 2 gallon please call for pricing.

Coverage: Coverage is dependent on hole size, width of crack, and amount of aggregate sand used. One 2 quart kit will repair approximately 100 feet ¼” x ¼” cracks in a concrete floor. It is easy to use but caution is advised not to mix large quantities due to its fast set time and pot life. Mix in small paper cups and pour quickly into the area to be repaired. Pour small aggregate sand as you go.
